About Rainbow Flow
Our Journey
Rainbow Flow was developed because Victoria felt that beyond the age of 16, weekly classes available for adults with SEN were very limited.

She designed the lessons to provide a safe and inclusive space for practitioners of all levels. Victoria encourages movements inspired by yoga that allow participants to experience the benefits of a weekly community class.

It became very apparent that when modified appropriately, the wellbeing benefits are endless. Victoria now takes her weekly lessons into schools, colleges, workplaces and residential centres, as well as her regular weekly class in Dilton Marsh Memorial Hall.
Our Vision
Rainbow Flow sessions are designed to offer a supportive and nurturing weekly class to all who join. They enable participants to feel part of a community, empowering individuals to cultivate a sustainable weekly movement and happiness practice.
By offering accessible classes Victoria aims to encourage more people to join lessons. In the future she wants to train teachers to help her offer more community SEN classes. Equally, she has a desire to expand Rainbow Flow into nursing homes and other venues, supporting those in lower income brackets.
Many wellbeing classes on offer are unavailable to everyone; her dream is to develop a widely available programme that helps to challenge this.
