A LITTLE BIT ABOUT CLASS...

CLASS
STRUCTURE

We explore a nurturing space where little ones aged 1 to 4 can freely express themselves through play therapy and sensory activities. Through engaging music and storytelling, children are invited to connect with their imagination and emotions in a joyful, interactive way. Gentle yoga and mindfulness exercises are introduced with fun animal poses and playful breathing techniques designed especially for tiny bodies. This holistic approach supports early emotional development, creativity, and calmness, helping your child build confidence and social skills in a warm, supportive environment.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

can we try a class?

Yes, taster sessions are often available. Get in touch to find out what’s on offer near you

Will the sessions be the same each week?

We follow a gentle structure, but each week explores a different theme (like animals, weather, feelings), so there’s always something new.

is class structure flexible?

While there is a gentle structure to guide activities, the sessions are flexible and responsive to the children's energy and needs on the day.

What happens a child gets distracted during the class?

That’s totally okay — it’s a natural part of early development. We follow the child’s lead and create a relaxed, pressure-free space where they can rejoin when ready.

How do you encourage participation

Activities are playful and paced gently, allowing children to engage at their own comfort level without pressure.

Is this class more educational or playful?

It’s a playful learning experience. Children explore big ideas like emotions, calmness, and connection through fun, age-appropriate activities.
