These flexible, one-off workshops explore a range of practices tailored to the needs of children and young people aged 1 to 18. Through playful yoga, storytelling, creative activities, and mindfulness exercises, we support emotional regulation, body awareness, and resilience. Workshops are designed to be fun, interactive, and age-appropriate—whether it’s helping young children engage through movement and breath or empowering teens with mindfulness tools to manage stress.
