A LITTLE BIT ABOUT CLASS...
CLASS
STRUCTURE
In these classes for children aged 5 to 11, we explore creative movement, storytelling, and mindfulness to support emotional awareness and self-regulation. We use engaging stories and role play to help children understand their feelings and develop empathy. Yoga flows inspired by nature and animals encourage physical confidence and balance, while simple breathwork and mindfulness activities teach focus and calm. This blend of movement and emotional learning creates a fun, inclusive space where children can build resilience and social skills, helping them thrive both in and out of the classroom.
