At Rainbow Flow, we believe in creating more than just yoga classes. We’re movement and play specialists: blending yoga, music, storytelling and mindfulness to support the wellbeing, creativity and confidence of children (and young people). Based in London and Somerset, our mission is rooted in community, connection and accessible wellbeing for all.
Our Story & Why We Exist
Rainbow Flow was founded by me, Victoria Hall. As a yoga teacher with over 600 hours of experience working with children, teens, and SEN (special educational needs) communities and through parenthood, I realised just how transformative yoga and mindful movement had been in my own life. I am so passionate about bringing those same benefits to children.
Since then, Rainbow Flow has grown into a team of over 10 teachers, delivering weekly sessions in more than 50 settings. I am also currently training as a Play Therapist, which feeds into how our sessions are designed: deeply playful, emotionally aware, and responsive to children’s needs.
What We Offer
Nursery Classes (Ages 1–4)
In our nursery sessions, play therapy, music, and storytelling come together to create a warm, imaginative space. Through gentle yoga, animal poses, and breathwork, we help little ones connect with their emotions, build early social skills, and explore calmness all through playful, child-led exploration.
Primary Classes (Ages 5–11)
Our primary school classes use creative movement and roleplay to support emotional awareness and self-regulation. We weave in storytelling (often inspired by nature), yoga flows, simple mindfulness, and breathwork. This helps children grow confidence, resilience, and empathy all in a safe, inclusive space.
SEN & Community Sessions
One of our most important areas of growth is our SEN-specialist yoga. Victoria’s training in play therapy underpins these sessions, creating a nurturing and inclusive environment. We’re committed to expanding our reach into residential spaces, community centres, and more, to make wellbeing accessible for everyone.
How We’re Different
Child-led & Flexible: While we have structure, our sessions are adaptive. Teachers respond to the energy and needs of the children on the day.
Play Therapy Informed: With Victoria’s training in play therapy, we’re uniquely positioned to offer emotionally attuned, safe spaces for all children.
Accessible & Inclusive: Our vision is to expand widely to those who might otherwise miss out on regular wellbeing support.
Sustainable Community: Beyond drop-in classes, we emphasise building long-term wellbeing habits and a sense of belonging among participants.
