The visionary behind it all…Vicky!

At Rainbow Flow, we create a welcoming space where everyone can relax, stretch, and rejuvenate. Vicky, the founder, brings her unique touch to every class, especially for children with special educational needs (SEN).

Vicky’s passion for planning classes means they have been tailored to meet the individual needs of each child.  Each of our sessions begins with a loose plan that includes warm-ups, sun salutations, and standing postures, but are adapted as needed based on how the students are feeling. Whether they’re following a fun story or adjusting movements, we ensure each child feels supported and engaged. Vicky thrives on our focus always on making the experience enjoyable, empowering, and accessible for all.

Vicky’s commitment to the SEN community grew when she started working one-on-one with adult SEN students. She quickly realized there were few yoga options for children in this category and felt inspired to help fill that gap. “Yoga helps children with SEN build strength, focus, and calm,” Vicky says. She’s eager to expand this area of Rainbow Flow and continue supporting kids in their yoga journey. In addition, Vicky is currently deepening her expertise by taking a play therapy course, enhancing her skills to better connect with and support children with special needs.

Vicky balances her work with family life, raising two children, Lily (12) and Max (8), and managing a rescue dog named Luna. Though she’s a self-confessed workaholic, she thrives under pressure and loves staying busy. Her days start early with school runs, teaching, and admin work, while evenings are filled with family dinners and quiet moments. “I’m always on the go, but I love what I do,” says Vicky.

Vicky’s passion for yoga and her commitment to helping others shine through in every aspect of her life. At Rainbow Flow, she’s creating a space for growth, healing, and connection for children of all abilities.
